Shipping fees are subject to change due to fuel costs. Items will not be shipped until all shipping charges are paid. Overnight shipping orders must be placed before 3 PM EST to ensure delivery the next day.

All orders to Africa and the Middle East must be paid in advance with a cashier's check or money order. Wire transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise returned for credit must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include all documentation. All sales of wire, cable, and special orders are final. You have four weeks to return an item for a refund. Refunds will be processed in the next billing cycle.
